Oakridge Internet Ltd supply services and resources based on the following terms and conditions:
Copyright
Any text or graphic material supplied by clients is published to their web site on the understanding that they either own the copyright or have licensed the use of the material from the copyright owner. OakRidge Internet disclaims any responsibility for any liability arising out of the publication of copyright material supplied by or accepted by clients as part of the web authoring process.
Service Provision
While striving to provide quality and reliable resources, OakRidge Internet make no guarantee and set no service level agreements concerning delivered services, including domain name services, web site hosting, email service provision and related technologies.
All such resources are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the underlying service provider. Full details of the appropriate conditions will be provided on request.
Acceptable Use
For clients with hosting only arrangements, web space is provided on the basis that it will not be used for any of the following, which is not an exhaustive list:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any US Federal, State or UK regulation or statute.
Unacceptable Material - this includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "unacceptable material" is left entirely to the discretion of OakRidge Internet.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
In the event of the breach of these conditions, OakRidge Internet reserves the right to suspend the provision of services with immediate effect, with no obligation to refund, in whole or part, advance payment made for services.
Actinic eCommerce Software
Actinic eCommerce software is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the Actinic Catalog and Actinic Business Software License Agreement, which are available on request. OakRidge Internet disclaims responsibility for any loss arising out of any defect or misuse of Actinic software.
Disclaimer
OakRidge Internet make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the services we provide. OakRidge Internet disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and liability for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non delivery, wrong delivery, and any service interruptions caused by our service and resource providers, their employees or products.
OakRidge Internet reserves the right to make reasonable changes to its policies, terms and conditions from time to time.
